Description
The Sigma SD14 is Sigma's third DSLR and third to use the Foveon X3 sensor. Like other Sigma cameras, it's advertised megapixels are calculated by taking the resolution multipled by three, for the three times information each pixel recieves. It features an easily removable hot mirror filter which allows you to convert to full-spectrum photography on the fly. Early Sigma DSLRs are difficult to find nowadays and thus often command inflated prices. Be patient to find a good deal on one.
